When I survey my clients before every consulting engagement, we uncover things that are often attributable to attitudes, approaches, and definitions that do not align to the proper perception. If your business is evaluating your next steps in the current market, and it is clear that some sort of transformation is required (rather than a few tweaks or adjustments), then the identifying, and then letting go of, these obstacles is a critical first step in order to realize any success. My role is to help surface these myths and definitions, which often live in ‘blind spots’ for the leaders of an organization.
